The Israeli Government is trying to de-legitimize and dismantle the Workers Advice Center (WAC - Ma’an). (WAC - Ma'an in Arabic) provides support for the many unorganized workers in Israel. WAC is open to any worker, although Arabs in particular suffer from lack of union representation.

Two documnetary films followed by a discussion, the Institute of Contemporary Arts, London:Occupation: Dreamland is "an unflinchingly candid portrait of a squad of American soldiers deployed in the doomed Iraq city of Falluja during the winter of 2004." (Testimonies from) Falluja: One of the most violent acts of the current occupation of Iraq was the almost complete destruction of the city of Falluja in last November's siege and assault by US forces.

Elias Khoury’s novel Gate of the Sun (English Edition). A talk and QA chaired by Tari Ali. Gate of the Sun presents a mosaic of personal stories that combine to form the story of Palestine from 1936 to the present day.
